Business Growth and Expansion

Entrepreneurship begins with opportunity, while sustainable success comes from creating an organization that can execute on that opportunity. As organizations start to gain more sales and customers, achieving and managing growth is a critical factor for ongoing success. This seminar focuses on this transition from start-up to growth, providing insight on how to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, identifying tips for successful execution and exploring the resources available to support these new growth initiatives.

Attendee will learn the following:

1. Supporting the transition from new start-up to growth
2. Identifying opportunities and resources for growth and the growth process
3. Tips and techniques for successful execution

Rosalie Harms, CPA, CMA, MBA has a background including extensive work in workshop development and facilitation combined with over 15 years of experience working with existing business owners and new entrepreneurs in a business advising, financial consulting and commercial financing role. She is the Department Chair of the Business and Administration Department at the University of Winnipeg, where she also teaches accounting and entrepreneurship.
