Do You Have a Good Business Idea? Steps to Follow Before Launching

Pivot Performance will take you through a self assessment to see if you have what it takes to be an entrepreneur. They will evaluate your idea with you and help you figure out its potential. Do you have the right tools to evaluate whether or not you can get the business off the ground? You will learn basic guidelines on how to develop a plan to help execute your business.
NOTE: Please feel free to bring a snack or brown bag lunch to make the most of this session.
Attendee will learn the following:
1. Determine if you are an “entrepreneur” based on motivation, aptitudes and attitude
2. Differentiate between a good idea and a good business idea
3. How to develop a plan to execute your business idea
Josée Lemoine is the Founder and President of Pivot Performance. Established in 2008, Pivot Performance has worked with more than 70 organizations on a variety of business related projects. Josée is both a strategist and an activator, as well as a skilled facilitator.
