Ardele, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), is a senior human resources professional with over 18 years of human resources leadership experience in multiple industries including agriculture, food processing, warehousing and distribution, and professional services. Ardele provided support in a broad range of HR areas including: Strategic Human Resources Planning, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Mergers, and Acquisitions and Change Management, in smaller family owned organizations as well as larger national corporate environments. Prior to joining the People First team, Ardele designed and facilitated, engaging, impactful and strategic training programs while building relationships with business leaders through effective communications and strong partnerships.
