The Retail Management Systems Ltd (RMS) is parterning with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) to share the BDC’s Digitize Now Report. In this seminar, you will learn how to assess your digital maturity. Additionally, they will discuss the future of the retail market and how you can assess your business needs by collecting the right data and utilizing it accordingly. Other topics covered will be business tendencies, main challenges and solutions towards retail success.

Rene Cyr, as RMS President, likes to introduce himself as a retailer who puts up with technology. After more than 20 years living in the Retail Analytics universe, he’s able to navigate through small and large businesses’ challenges, always looking for solutions that are feasible and reliable. His main goal is to make sure business people are making the most of their technology systems while growing as retailers.
Warren Jackson is the Vice President of Financing & Consulting for BDC. Located in the Saskatoon Business Centre, Warren is responsible for the operations of all the business centres within Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He currently oversees an extensive staff that all have the mindset of helping entrepreneurs become the most competitive possible. Warren joined the BDC in 1997 in Saskatoon. In his 20+ years with BDC, he has spent some time in other regions, most notably in Edmonton for 5 years, but eventually returned to his home province of Saskatchewan. Warren attended the University of Saskatchewan and holds two Degrees, Bachelor of Arts & Science with a major in Math & Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce.
