Discover your personal communication style and learn how to influence clients and prospects to create stronger connections and boost sales. Participants will gain access to 2 unique tools: The TypeCoach Verifier assessment to discover your own communication style preferences, and the Type-to-Type coaching tool to guide you through improving your influence with other styles.

2. Identify communication preferences in your key customers
3. Key strategies to improve your influence with key customers
Susan Kuz is a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach and has facilitated workshops, created programs, and coached clients since 2009. She is passionate about sharing the newest and best tools for cultivating positive work environments and navigating through change to help clients create high performance teams. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (hons) with the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology with the Flourishing Centre in NYC.
