Dan Furlan, CPHR, has an extensive career as a Human Resource Manager, Trainer and Consultant. His experience has been gained through roles in many sectors, including manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, health care, the service industry, and instructing at a university and college level. He sees engaging employee performance as one of the high impact challenges Managers face, and the one for which they have the least training.
