How do you ensure a successful campaign? The first step is to identify your marketing objective, be it awareness, conversion or retention. Not all digital marketing tools are created equal so it’s critical to identify your objective in order to choose the best digital marketing tool. This workshop will help you to identify your marketing objective and measure your results.

Sylvie Laurencelle-Vermette is a marketing communication specialist. She has over 15 years experience in communications marketing as well as training, experience gained through her work at Radio-Canada, Air Canada and the newspaper La Liberté. She is currently the President of the Manitoban chapter of the International Association of Business Communications (IABC).
