LaVona Parker is a Procurement Specialist with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises and has 21 years of experience in the Public Service. She has a strong background in procurement and is passionate about assisting businesses in understanding and navigating the process.
Richard Burelle is currently the Executive Director of the Procurement and Supply Chain Centre of Excellence with the Province of Manitoba. His team is responsible for developing and implementing the systems, policies, and processes to enable the modernization of procurement.
Catherine Green is a supply chain management professional with extensive experience in private and public sector organizations. Catherine has been with the City of Winnipeg for over 18 years and has developed and provided training for staff and contractors in Contract Administration and the creation of bid opportunities.
