In Part 1 of a 2-part series, Josée Lemoine will help you understand why strategic planning is important and how it can benefit your company’s growth. You will learn how to conduct an environment scan and develop a Mission, a Vision and Values in order to set a foundation that will align your team to work towards the same goals. You will also learn to set “SMART” goals and objectives that take into account the environment in which you are doing business.
NOTE: Please feel free to bring a snack or brown bag lunch to make the most of this session.
Attendee will learn:
1. How to conduct an environment scan and understand why the SWOT analysis is important
2. Why setting a Mission, a Vision and Values to achieve business success is important
3. How setting strategic goals and objectives guides your decision-making
Josée Lemoine started her own management consulting company 10 years ago and recently merged with Backswath Management and EAGLE Management. She is now co-owner, Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Planning and Facilitation Specialist. Backswath/EAGLE are working to innovatively advance the agri-business sector in Canada. Josée is both a strategist and an activator, as well as a skilled facilitator.
