Pivot Performance wants to see 100% of its clients achieve their goals. In Part 2 of a 2-Part series, building on what you learned in Part 1, you will start to identify key strategies required to achieve your goals and learn how to measure your progress towards achieving them. It is suggested that you attend Part 1 of this series to better understand Part 2.

NOTE: Please feel free to bring a snack or brown bag lunch to make the most of this session.

Attendee will learn:

  • Identifying key strategies that you will need to work on to achieve your goals
  • Measuring your strategies’ progress to achieving your vision
  • Keeping the plan moving forward, organizational alignment and key performance indicators

Josée Lemoine is Founder and President of Pivot Performance. Established in 2008, they have worked with more than 70 organizations on a variety of business related projects. Josée is both a strategist and an activator, as well as a skilled facilitator.
