Resiliency and Returning to the Workplace
Wed May 13 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 amFree
Presenter: Christine Fehr, People First HR Services
There have been unprecedented levels of change happening throughout society and as much as many have learned to adapt to it, there is still more to come. Shifting from working from home, to a more structured, yet ever fluctuating work environment may be difficult for many to manage. Building and maintaining resiliency can be a tool that can help navigate change and prepare us to be mentally strong to navigate these uncertain times.
Attendee will learn the following:
1. Understand change and the transition process by pinpointing and putting a name to label how one is feeling
2. Recognize the elements of resilience, learn how to build them up and incorporate them in ones daily activities
3. Prepare for and learn how to decrease personal stress that will detract from remaining resilient
