Administrative Assistant (bilingual position)

The World Trade Centre Winnipeg is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to the President and CEO in both official languages.
The selected candidate will provide direct support to the President and CEO for records management, planning, organizing and gathering required information and documents, and conducting follow-up for meetings.
Additionally, this individual will be involved in organizing special events, forums and exploratory missions, and will ensure WTC Winnipeg’s active participation within the World Trade Centers Association network, in addition to any other duties assigned by management.
The selected candidate must:
> have administration and customer service experience;
> have excellent organizational and time management skills, with accuracy and attention to detail;
> demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills;
> have excellent written communication skills in both English and French;
> have excellent interpersonal skills;
> have completed formal postsecondary education;
> have extensive experience using the Internet and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), as well as web systems and databases;
> have experience managing confidential client information;
> work well in a team and independently;
> have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
