Brian Denysuik is former President & CEO of Creditaid which he purchased in 2009 and sold in 2019 after successfully growing the business to the largest independent credit counselling service in Manitoba. He also developed industry specific software that he licensed to other credit counselling agencies and eventually sold in 2019.
Brian is past President & CEO of TelPay, from 2001 to 2008, a leading national payment and banking technology company.
His career evolved in the finance area at Comcheq where he had the opportunity to experience the sale and merger of Comcheq to CIBC which was then sold to Ceridian and included the merger of the TD Bank payroll system.
His experience being part of the sale and merger of businesses and the eventual sale of his own business in 2019 provided him with firsthand experience of planning and living through the process. Brian is a committed community leader with over 27 years of senior board member responsibilities in health care related facilities.
Brian is a Business Administration graduate of Red River College, a Credit Counsellor and a registered Insolvency Counsellor under the CAIRP (Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals).
