She is passionate about coaching and development, both within the business community and in the pool, as a water polo coach. She has taught Sales and Marketing at the University of Manitoba and Red River College. She is also the proud mom of a one-year-old, her “second” child after Callia!

As CEO and Co-Founder, Heidi has overseen company growth as Botanical PaperWorks went from start-up to international success story. The company produces promotional products, wedding products and sustainable packaging for more than 35 countries around the world.

Heidi is co-author of three books and Past-Chair of Promotional Product Professionals of Canada, the national association of the promotional products industry. As an early innovator in the green products arena, Heidi has been profiled in many publications including Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, Martha Stewart and the National Post.
