Catherine Metrycki is the Founder and CEO of Callia, the new best experience sending flowers and gifts across Canada. She is proudly born-and-raised in the Prairies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of British Columbia.
Catherine started Callia in 2017; today, venture capital-backed Callia delivers in more than 55 cities. Catherine sits on the board of the Manitoba Technology Accelerator and is a mentor through the Start-Up Visa program, bringing entrepreneurs from around the world to Manitoba. She is passionate about coaching and development, both within the business community and in the pool, as a water polo coach. She has taught Sales and Marketing at the University of Manitoba and Red River College. She is also the proud mom of a one-year-old, her “second” child after Callia!
Heidi Reimer-Epp

Heidi Reimer-Epp turned her passion for sustainability into Botanical PaperWorks, an award-winning business guided by environmental values and practices. The company manufactures and markets eco-friendly seed papers that grow into flowers, herbs and vegetables when planted in soil.
As CEO and Co-Founder, Heidi has overseen company growth as Botanical PaperWorks went from start-up to international success story. The company produces promotional products, wedding products and sustainable packaging for more than 35 countries around the world.
Heidi is co-author of three books and Past-Chair of Promotional Product Professionals of Canada, the national association of the promotional products industry. As an early innovator in the green products arena, Heidi has been profiled in many publications including Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, Martha Stewart and the National Post.
