SIAL 2023: Manitoba Delegation
WTC Winnipeg is representing the Manitoba delegation under the Western Canada Pavilion at SIAL Canada from May 9th to 11th, 2023. We will be accompanying six Manitoba companies in the food industry to showcase their products to buyers and other businesses from across Canada, the US, and all over the world. Some companies have also decided to walk the show with us this year.

Their shop is a Made-in-Manitoba retail space highlighting local talent as close to home as possible.
Bee Maid Honey Ltd.

Floating Leaf Fine Foods
Floating Leaf is a Canadian family business specializing in: wild rice, pulses, grains, hemp, quinoa and custom complete plant based protein multi grain blends. Their family has been involved in the Canadian wild rice business since 1935.
They offer their products in: retail, club, food service, bulk and ingredients. All of their products are: non-gmo verified, plant based, gluten free, vegan, unseasoned, organic offerings and the highest quality.
Their facility is BRC certified. Their services include co-packing and private label.
Happy Dance Hummus
Happy Dance Hummus is a Winnipeg based company that makes 6 flavours of unique and distinct hummus (Garlic Jalapeno, Creamy Dill, Chipotle Lime, Curry Masala, Spicy Black Bean and Coconut Thai), using fresh ingredients.
All vegan, gluten free, and dairy free; you can find their products in many stores in Manitoba.
