The board of directors of the World Trade Centre Winnipeg announced that it is taking steps towards an enhanced partnership with The Winnipeg Chamber Commerce and a restructuring of its leadership team.

WTC Winnipeg acknowledges that we are gathered on the lands in Treaty One Territory, and that Manitoba is located on the traditional and ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Ininew, Denesuline and Dakota Oyate Nations.

We acknowledge we are also on the Homelands of the Red River Métis and that Northern Manitoba includes lands that were and are the ancestral lands of the Inuit.

The WTC Winnipeg team respects the treaties that were made on these Territories and acknowledges the harms and mistakes of the past and present throughout our nation.
